These basics in this course are the foundations for a meaningful Tai chi practice. Although no online course can replace a good teacher these courses can be a substitute for those who currently don’t have access to a teacher. It can also be used as a supplemental aid for those who do. If you are currently a Green Dragon student these courses are definitely for you!
