Tai Chi is known for its’ many health benefits. In our classes we teach Yang Style or Chen Style Tai Chi.
Both Styles are excellent ways to:

  • Exercise and relieve the joints
  • Increase flexibility
  • Improve core strength
  • Improve posture
  • Relieve stress

Tai Chi has scientifically been proven to also be good for:

  • Improving Memory
  • Promoting Cardiovascular health
  • Respiratory function
  • Relief from Fibromyalgia,
  • Arthritis and many other conditions
    In our classes we also practice the ancient healing art known as Qigong. Qigong uses deep breathing
    techniques in accordance with the mind and body to gather energy and recharge the whole being.
    Tai Chi and Qigong are both excellent ways to gain inner strength, peace and balance both physically
    and mentally.
