During our six week session there are certain aspects of Tai Chi or Qigong that we focus on every week. Mondays we will normally practice the eight section brocade qigong set along with whatever else we have planned that day. Wednesdays we will focus on our Tai Chi loosening and stretching set. In the Chen class we will rotate weekly between Silk Reeling, Taiji Bang and Taiji Ball. We will also cover certain philosophies or principles expressed by our vocabulary words in all classes.
This course will show the basic outline of the session as well as the current terms that we are working on for the week.
This course will be available only to those who are currently registered in our in person and online classes.
